We accept PAYPAL, you can pay with your credit card Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. We also accept credit card payments through Google Checkout. So you can pick which service you would like to use.
Paying with PayPal:
1.) Add the items you want to buy to the cart, then click on the CHECKOUT button, and proceed to create an account if you are a new customer, then follow the steps it will load the pages and you will go through the checkout pages until it asks you to select the payment type you would like to use, select PAYPAL.
2.)The site will automatically take you to the payment screen on paypal.com and ask you for your information.
Paypal is safe and provides both Seller and Buyer protections against Fraud.
IMPORTANT: Your order will be shipped to the address on your paypal account if you pay using paypal! No exceptions.
Paying with Google Checkout: Add the items you want to buy to your cart, then click the GOOGLE CHECKOUT button instead of the checkout button.
We also accept Money Orders you can buy at your local 7eleven, bank or post office and other fine retailers.
Sending Money Orders:
Place the order via the site, and select Money Order at the checkout. Your order will be Pending until we receive your payment. Once payment is received, the order status will change to processing, this perdiod of time we will deposit the money order and make sure its valid. Once the money as been deposited, we will change status of order to Shipped at this time you can be sure your order is on its way to you.
International Customers:
We accept Money Orders in USD currency, or cash sent in USD currency. We also accept Credit Card payments if you select GOOGLE CHECKOUT when checking out for payment. Paypal is also accepted for international orders.
International Money Order Instructions:
Money orders can be purchased at your local post office.
The cheapest and most secure way to buy and send international money orders, go to your local post office, tell them the total amount including shipping of the order you placed. Purchase the money order and mail by Registered Insured Mail to the United States, which has to be signed for, this way is the cheapest, and most secure. If your post office doesnt sell international money orders, go to your bank, they sell it there, then return to post office and mail it using Registered Insured Mail to the United States.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If an item you chose (certain color for a marker or spray paint) is out of stock, we will go ahead and send a similar color/same item to replace the out of stock color of your marker or spray paint. You may add your second choice for colors in the comments area when completing the checkout in case of an out of stock item. We normally mark items out of stock once they are sold out, but there are some rare occasions in which your item selected is marked in stock but is out of stock, we will contact you to replace that out of stock item if its not spray paint or markers.
RETURNS:
All sales are final, no returns but we do accept exchanges.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
We accept paypal payments from all customers whos account is verified and confirmed by Paypal. In an event that package is returned to sender due to wrong address provided by the buyer, the buyer will pay all shipping costs plus any other fees.
LOST AND RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES DUE TO BUYER ERROR OR POST OFFICE ERROR:
PureG.net is not responsible for lost or returned packages and will not refund the buyer. There are no refunds once payment is made. The Buyer must pay for shipping charges to have the package shipped to them due to them providing the seller with a wrong address. Or the buyer must pay all shipping fees charged for shipping the package and any fees arising from an investigation due to a claim from the buyer requesting a refund.
EXCHANGES:
Must mail back item in brand new condition without use. If there is damage to the item once we receive it we will not be able to take this item back. All exchange requests must be received within 5 days after you receive the package. You must contact us before mailing the item back for exchange. All exchanges are subject to product availability and the customer must pay full shipping charges for the exchange.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS/LOST PACKAGES:
If your package was damaged or lost by the post office , please contact us immediately with the details. All damaged/lost packages damaged by the post office that have an insurance , we will file a claim with the post office in regards to the situation, and proceed from there. You will be required to wait until the claim has been completed in order to received your damaged or lost product replacement. We will only ship you the lost or damaged product claimed once the claim has been completed. If no insurance was paid for by you the customer, we will not be able to file a claim for lost/damaged package and we will not be able to send you another package with the replacement items. If your item damaged or lost is not replaceable , you can choose another item from our store that is of the same value.
